Yesterday was a rest day for Me Jenny whilst I headed over to the lovely village of Marlborough to catch up with some of the best people I know.
I met this group of lovelies in an ‘old bloke’s pub’ called Sully’s in South London almost 20 years ago.
Most have moved out of London now into country villages, west country counties and northern cities, so the ones who live west of London all made the huge effort to meet for a catch up luncheon.
My favourite people are the ones who can slip back into the natural banter that made you fall in love with them in the first place, no matter how much time there is between meet ups.
We’ve met up at different times over the years and it’s always fab.
We’re a little bit older and there are now 7 extra gorgeous kiddies in the mix…. but I don’t think we’ve changed a bit!
Next weekend I’ll be catching with the other half of this amazing gang on the other side of London.
