There’s a thing that happens in Manhattan twice a year when the sun sets over the Hudson River directly between the buildings… a bit like Stonehenge – hence the name.
It was suggested that you see it from one of the wider streets, so I popped up to 57th Street and it was really pretty. A bit too bright to look directly at it, but still pretty.
There’s been a bit of a fog in town the last couple of days, which makes everything look a bit eery, especially when you can’t see the top of the buildings.
So quite a few people joined me for the ‘henge’ and most stood in the middle of the road to try to get that perfect photo causing a bit of drama with the traffic. I’d hate to have to drive here – it’s Ker-azy!
